Butcher Shop Clerk

Beam & Blade Butchers is a full-service slaughter, custom processing, and retail butcher shop.
Were looking for a reliable Butcher Shop Clerk to run the counter and keep the front of house running strong.
What Youll Do
Wrap, label, and weigh meat products
Run the till and handle customer transactions
Take customer orders and relay cutting instructions
Keep the retail area clean, stocked, and organized
Follow food safety and sanitation standards

What You Bring
Experience in Butcher or Retail Meat Environment
Comfortable working around raw meat and cold environments
Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
Creative Add-On (Secondary Role):
If youre creative and enjoy content, this role gives you real ownership. Youll manage most of Beam & Blades day-to-day social content  capturing photos and short videos of cuts, products, and shop life, and posting across our social channels. This is not the main job, but it is a meaningful one for someone who enjoys telling a brands story.
