DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
Inspect and ensure quality control (as per Ramada Standards) of all guest rooms.
Assist the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Ex. Housekeeper with any duties necessary to enable the efficient operation of the rooms division.
Clean guest rooms (dusting, cleaning, wiping, vacuuming, garbage and linen removal) , as required and/or directed by executive housekeeper or assistant .Housekeeper.
Supply the housekeepers with stock for the maids carts during the day, as required.
Ensure proper levels of housekeeping stock located in maids closets on each floor.
Ensure cleanliness in all areas by completing public area rounds and inspections
Compile up to date and accurate information on each guest room, including extra cleaning completed, maintenance requests etc. (Log book)
Keep a schedule of additional cleaning duties performed in the guest rooms and common areas.
ALL occupied rooms will need to be inspected each day.
Communicate with the front desk staff regularly to ensure efficiency.

Consistency of room checks (being able to check all occupied rooms on a daily basis).
Ability to clean rooms within half an hour time frame

Complete and accurate record keeping (Log book)

One year housekeeping supervisory experience
