About the Opportunity
We are accepting applications for future Care Aide opportunities. This posting is intended to build a pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. Successful applicants will be contacted as positions become available.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support residents with mobility, toileting, dressing, bathing, and feeding
Observe, document, and report changes in residents condition to management
Promote residents comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
Assist with recreational and social activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
Follow care plans, infection control protocols, and facility policies

Qualifications:

Care Aide /PCW / Health Care Assistant certificate (or equivalent)
Criminal Record Check
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care is an asset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
