Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes according to recipes
Prepare special meals according to dietary-specific requests
Coordinate with kitchen helpers during food preparation
Oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Monitor portion sizes and ensure quality and presentation standards
Set up and monitor meal service areas, as needed
Ensure kitchen and work areas are clean, organized, and sanitary
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Education: Secondary school education is required.
Experience: 1 year of experience.
Employment: Full time, permanent position.
