Clubhouse Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Clubhouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The Clubhouse Manager will report to the Board of Directors, with the primary point of contact being the Clubhouse Committee Chair.

Key Responsibilities

- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise clubhouse staff, including beverage cart operations

- Manage cart shed rentals, tee-off bookings, and the driving range

- Order and stock all supplies

- Assist in day-to-day operations, including taking bookings, serving customers, and preparing meals

- Collaborate with the Tournament Committee to plan and manage tournaments, Men's nights, and Ladies nights

- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of clubhouse facilities

- Work with the Greens Manager to promote efficient operations and best practices across the club

- Manage cash and credit card transactions, prepare deposits, and report financial activity to the Treasurer

- Perform other duties as required to support the overall operation of the facility
