Mistahi Sipiy Child and Family Services (MSCFS) is seeking an Executive Director to join our team. The Executive Director position is central to the successful operation of Mistahi Sipiy Child and Family Services Inc. This leadership position requires excellent interpersonal skills, management expertise, strategic and financial planning abilities. The Executive Director works in close collaboration with the Board of Directors and Big River First Nation Community. The Executive Director ensures child welfare mandates, policies and standards are met as well as appropriate procedures and systems are put in place to meet the needs of children and families.
