Hours of Work: Minimum of two (2) days per week (more during peak times and Administrators absence)
Wage: Dependent on experience and qualifications

Duties:
Daily activities including customer service, correspondence, filing, data entry and receipting
Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
Accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations and deposits
Assisting with payroll and government remittance
Maintaining bylaw and agreement registries
Assisting with annual assessment roll
Assisting in the preparation of council meeting packages and meetings
Ensure office is organized by keeping inventory of supplies, anticipating future needs, and providing support where required
Various other duties as directed by the Administrator
Experience & Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to work with confidential information
Ability to work with the public
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Strong willingness to learn
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Flexibility with respect to work schedule (Required to work during Administrators absence)
Basic accounting skills are considered an asset
Experience in municipal operations, budgeting, financial operations, taxation and general office management would be considered an asset
