Duties and Responsibilities:
Must know Quickbooks and Reconciliation
Front desk and in store sales
Answering phones and assisting customers
Booking appointments and supporting daily office operations
Daily use of QuickBooks
Reconciling bank accounts
Matching receipts, deposits, and payments
Identifying discrepancies and reporting them accurately
Providing professional and compassionate service to customers
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience using QuickBooks
Ability to independently reconcile bank accounts
Experience working with receipts, deposits, and financial accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer service or retail experience
Must speak, read, and write English fluently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
