A Parts Advisor is a customer-facing specialist who helps identify, order, and sell the correct parts for client's vehicles. They serve both retail customers and the service department, requiring strong knowledge of dealership parts systems and inventory management. The role combines technical automotive expertise with customer service skills, involving sales transactions, stock control, warranty processing, and problem-solving when parts are unavailable. Success requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating between customers, technicians, and suppliers.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging, positive attitude.
Ability to build strong customer relationships, listening attentively and communicating effectively.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
