Job Description:
As office Admin person at Sutherland Automotive Speedway, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include day to day accounting, processing sales invoices, accounts payable, managing administrative tasks and providing support to both the racing teams and our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
o Engage with potential customers and help them with inquiries related to events, tickets, merchandise, and memberships.
o Process Sales invoices
o Process ticket, merchandise, and service sales both in person and online.
Administrative Duties:
o Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
o Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain records of financial transactions.
o Assist with office organization, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Customer Service:
o Ensure a positive and professional experience for all customers, both in person and online.
Team Collaboration:
o Support the management team with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in bookkeeping and customer service.
