We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tactical Analyst to join our team and support our mission to enhance public safety by predicting and identifying crime patterns, criminal activity, and providing insights to guide daily strategic operations.

We are looking for a critical, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to crime reduction initiatives and operational effectiveness. You will possess strong report-writing and recommendation skills, knowledge or experience in policing policies and operations, and the ability to analyze large volumes of data to identify crime patterns and trends.
