Sherwood Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-time Food Store Manager for our branch locations in Southey, SK.  

What You'll do:
Merchandising, financial management and overall store management.
The Store Manager is the leader of the team and must ensure the location is meeting or exceeding standards to provide an excellent customer experience for members of the local community.
Located in a branch community, the most critical functions will be providing team leadership, supporting Sherwoods vision, coaching and motivating the team and executing on objectives around brand, service levels, quality and timeliness of delivery to maintain and improve the retail image in the community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of three to six (3-6) years of retail management experience. 2+years of leadership experience.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a special skill of motivating employees to achieve strong results.
A solid understanding of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Analytical and organized; committed to producing quality work.
