We are seeking highly motivated Equipment Operators for positions in Outlook and Lucky Lake. You must hold a valid Class 1A license and provide a current driver abstract if interviewed. Successful candidates will be adaptable, safety-focused, and able to work under physically and mentally demanding conditions. You should demonstrate situational awareness, sound judgment in all weather conditions, and the ability to contribute positively to a team. Basic computer skills for email and time entry are required.

Responsibilities include operating, servicing, and maintaining heavy equipment such as tandem trucks, motor graders, and front-end loaders for summer and winter maintenance; using advanced hydraulic systems for snowplow operations; performing surveillance and general maintenance to ensure public safety; keeping accurate daily records; and working flexible hours.
