We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for processing employee timesheets, answering and directing phone calls, and handling customer payments. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trade environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify employee timesheets for accuracy and timely submission
Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate staff
Process customer payments (cash, credit, electronic payments) and issue receipts
Assist with invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
Maintain accurate customer, employee, and job records
Perform data entry and general office clerical duties
Support management with administrative tasks and reports
