Job Description : The Human Resources Associate will play a key role in our commitment to excellence by leading and coordinating HR functions, such as recruitment and onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and human resources administrative tasks, including but not limited to benefits, WCB, filing, employee movement, and metric tracking. In addition, this role will provide coverage and support for payroll and scheduling when required. This role will ensure compliance with company policies, collective agreements, and relevant federal and provincial regulations.
