Our mission is to assist people and communities achieve their housing goals. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
What we are looking for:
A detail orientated individual to provide excellent administrative and reception services and assistance to tenants, contractors, suppliers and team members. Greet individuals both in person and over the phone. To receive and enter all payments, prepare and balance daily deposits to the bank. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Perform general office duties.
An Office Administration Certificate would be an asset.
Employment is conditional upon a positive outcome from a Criminal background check. A valid drivers license is required.
