TCFS Touchwood Child & Family services is seeking a Case-Aid Worker, for the GGFN First Nation Office, reporting to the Child Protection Supervisor; the Case-Aid will provide Administrative Support services to the team staff, this position will also assist team staff to provide Child & Family services for the First Nations Bands within the Touchwood area. The Case-Aid will work cohesively with the Muskowekwen Protection Workers.
Under the Supervision of the Protection Supervisor and as part of the Team, the Case Aid will provide a variety of support services to the assigned caseload, as part of the team approach to service. Meet with walk in clients and attend clients' appointments on behalf of protection Workers when required, document clear and concise detailed case notes within timeframes, updating Client casefiles, filing of documents, schedule appointments or meetings such as visits, data entry / Red Mane system. Provide Administrative support to the Child Protection Unit
