Join our Prince Albert #BrewCrew - the place where Top Talent wants to be! Were looking for Casual HostExpos (2 positions) who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Your Purpose: Our Hosts introduce the Canadian Brewhouse experience as the initial greeter of our guests, and carry a vital role in maintaining a seamless flow within our establishments enabling our teams to provide an outstanding guest experience.

What will you do?
Greet guests with a friendly and positive demeanor making them feel comfortable and welcomed
Seat guests effectively based on availability and preference, balancing table assignments among servers
Become an expert in all menu items including regular items, specials, allergens and dietary restrictions
Receive and coordinate the completed orders from the kitchen, ensuring all items on ticket are ready to go
Ensure that each dish is prepared to Brewhouse standards before it leaves the kitchen
Update front of house team with delays in kitchen

What do you need?
A passion for people and fun, and be 19+ years of age
A strong attention to detail including accuracy of each order, presentation, special requests, and modifications
The ambition and drive to create the best experience for your team and guests
The ability to work with urgency while remaining calm
The ability to communicate effectively
The ability to obtain Serve It Right and FoodWise Certifications
The ability to fulfil the physical job requirements
