The Role
S3 Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our head office team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. This role manages all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and provides strategic direction to senior management. This is an excellent opportunity for a human resources professional who thinks big picture and isn'tt afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
Key Responsibilities
    Overall management of the HR function.
    Ensure compliance with provincial laws and regulations relating to employment standards, human rights, privacy legislation and employment equity.
    Manage recruitment initiatives and process across the company, including job postings, candidate screening, offer letters, and orientations for new hires.
    Safety orientation development and training for all new employees.
    Provide guidance to management and supervisors in all aspects of human resources.
    Administer the company's benefits program.
    Track and ensure policy adherence regarding performance evaluations, service awards, and other incentive programs.
    Recommend, review, monitor, enforce, and audit Human Resources systems & procedures.
Qualifications
    7+ years experience in a similar role.
    A strong understanding of Employment law in Saskatchewan coupled with the ability to interpret Provincial laws and regulations.
    Proven ability to create and implement HR policies and programs.
    Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, WHMIS, OH&S
    Proven confidentiality.
     Preference given to candidates with Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designations.
