JAY'S TRANSPORTATION GROUP LTD. is a subsidiary of The Mullen Group and is one of the largest household moving, storage and freight transportation companies in Saskatchewan. We provide direct freight service to over 550 locations in the province. As an agent for Atlas Van Lines, our Moving Division offers local and long distance moving services.

Responsibilities:
    Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
    Perform administrative duties including answering phones, assisting customers, processing paperwork, document scanning, and data entry
    Manage shipment tracking, billing, and collections
    Conduct surveys over the phone, in person, and virtually; prepare and deliver estimates; schedule and complete bookings
    Proactively promote company services and identify upselling opportunities
    Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Qualifications:
    Must have high quality interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
    Valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract
    Deal effectively with the public, outside agencies and co-workers
    Must be detail oriented
    Excellent computer skills
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Be able to multi-task and be willing to learn
