Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC) is actively seeking to recruit part-time Primary Care Nurse RN (AAP) position in the community of Hatchet Lake Denesuline Nation. Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in nursing
- Member in good standing and Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- RN(AAP) ? Northern Nursing require:
o    must be registered or eligible for registration with the CRNS (College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan) as an AAP
o    Emergency experience
o    Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
o    Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
o    International Trauma Life Support (ITLS)
- Class 5 driver's license
- CPIC

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to competently use electronic medical records (specifically Med Access)
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions/situations
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

Assets
- Knowledge of Indigenous language and culture
- Knowledge or awareness of First Nations community health programs and treatment services
- Preference will be given to those with experience in Primary Care or Northern nursing
