Description

Complete Distribution Services Ltd (formerly PA Fine Foods) is a direct to store distributor servicing the Canadian Prairies, & the Far North with Multi Temperature Distribution Services. We are an independently owned and operated company that was established in 1985.

We are currently seeking an onsite Accounting Administrator to join our Corporate Services team. This role focuses primarily on accounts payable while assisting with accounts receivable, order processing, payroll, and general financial support. The position requires a consistent office presence to support internal teams, walk-in customers, vendors, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable invoices and maintain vendor records

Support accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment application

Assist with order desk, system entry, payroll, and month-end activities

Maintain and organize the office filing system

Provide front-office support for customers, vendors, and delivery personnel

Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support, with emphasis on AP

Knowledge of accounting and payroll systems

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Clear communication and ability to work independently while collaborating with Finance and Office Manager
