Description

As the founding operation of the Aberhart Group, our farm blends technology, stewardship, and teamwork to create a meaningful impact in agriculture. Were currently seeking a Farm Production Assistant to join our high-performing team.
This is a great fit for someone with mechanical aptitude, farm experience (or eagerness to learn), and a passion for doing great work with great people.

What Youll Be Doing

Support all aspects of farm operations: seeding, spraying, harvest, and post-harvest
Operate, maintain, and service large farm equipment (training provided)
Assist with grain handling, yard maintenance, shop work, and logistics
Help collect and apply data using modern farm tech (JD Operations Center, Harvest Profit)
Contribute to day-to-day execution with a focus on safety, precision, and accountability

Have strong mechanical skills or are confident working with large equipment
Hold a Class 1 license (preferred but not required)
