Aberhart Farms is hiring Seasonal Farm Labourers to help us deliver another year of farming excellence. If youre ready to get your hands dirty, learn fast, and be part of a hardworking, values-aligned team, we want to hear from you.
Whether youre an experienced farmhand, a student looking for seasonal work, or someone interested in modern agriculture, theres a place for you here.

What Youll Do

Operate farm machinery (tractors, grain carts, trucks) during seeding and harvest
Assist with equipment prep, yard work, grain handling, and logistics
Support the farm team in executing operational plans with care and consistency
Work extended hours during peak times, especially in spring and fall

Who Were Looking For

Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented
Mechanically inclined and comfortable with physical outdoor work
Class 1 license is an asset, but not required
Experience in farming is helpful, but were willing to train the right person
Able to commit to the season: mid-April through late October/early November
