The Client Services Administrator at Protex Environmental is responsible for providing support to customers and our Administrative team in each department within the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Answering phone calls and inquiries from current and potential customers and transferring this information to our service team to take care of customer needs.
- Assist front end staff, dealing with customers
- Communicate and work closely with Service Coordinator with dispatch, provide pricing, quotes, drafting proposals and service agreements to customers
- Provide full coverage when employees are away
- Accounts receivable follow up on accounts that are in arrears
- Complete credit checks and new customer setup
- Handle document filing and maintaining organized records
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers via in person, telephone, email, or via the web
- Answer incoming and make outgoing calls or requests
- Process customer payments via internet, telephone and in-person as needed
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset but not required
