Description

Required Immediately Experienced, Mature, Full-Time roving building maintenance/building  manager for condominium complexes located in Saskatoon. Suitable candidate must be mature, experienced and committed to this position. This position also requires winter sidewalk snow removal and spring clean up and grounds maintenance.

MUST live in Saskatoon and have a valid drivers license and a 4x4 truck as you will be required to haul small equipment to the different properties. Clean criminal record required and must have excellent communication skills, good english speaking and writing skills. Must be personable with a welcoming personality.

Position pays $27/hr.
