Description

Coordinate, assign, and supervise the daily activities of workers engaged in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution of goods.
Establish work schedules, procedures, and delivery priorities to ensure efficient supply chain and logistics operations.
Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory levels, and resolve work-related or operational problems.
Train, supervise, and evaluate employees to ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
Requisition supplies, materials, and equipment required for warehouse and logistics operations.
Oversee the operation of warehouse equipment, machinery, and computerized inventory or logistics systems, and arrange maintenance and repairs when necessary.
Prepare operational reports and coordinate activities with other departments or supply chain units.
Perform duties of supervised staff when required to support daily operations.
