Description

The Ministry of Immigration and Career Training offers an exciting workplace that values learning, innovation, creativity, and diversity. With a mission to develop, attract, and retain a skilled workforce that supports economic growth, the ministry empowers employees and promotes exceptional service, respect, integrity, and teamwork. ICT also maintains strong program integrity standards, including restrictions preventing employees and immediate family members from participating in or benefiting from the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program.

The ministry is seeking a resultsdriven Senior Policy Consultant who brings strong relationshipbuilding, communication, analytical, and research skills. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with proactive problemsolving abilities and creative approaches to complex labour market and immigration issues. They demonstrate strategic thinking, anticipate trends, collaborate effectively, and support a positive, respectful work environment while independently managing multiple priorities.
