Position Summary
Step into a key administrative role that keeps our City Operations Division running efficiently. As a Clerk Typist V, youll provide comprehensive support across multiple departments, ensuring information is accurate, communication flows smoothly and customer service remains exceptional. If youre organized, adaptable and thrive in a busy office environment, this role is a great fit.
What You Bring
- A Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent) plus standard commercial courses
- At least three years of experience in a frontline office environment
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly approach
- Excellent organization, accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with office software, databases and document preparation
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
