Description

The Service Standards Manager is responsible to oversee implementation and tracking of quality assurance systems across the district. They coordinate and assist district strategic planning and ensure data systems efficiency within the framework of established policies and procedures. Working 40 hours per week, day time hours from the District Office in Waldheim until our relocation to Saskatoon (to be determined).
A valid Sask. Full Class 5 or Sask. Novice 2 driver's license is required. Travel across the district is required and company vehicle is provided.
Experience:3 years of previous Developmental Services work experience
Education: College Diploma on a related field of study; Business Administration, Project Management or Developmental Services Worker preferred.
Requirements: A Valid Sask Full Class 5 drivers license and access to reliable transportation as travel is required (company vehicle provided when travelling), satisfactory Drivers Abstract, satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector.
