Description

The Saskatchewan Association of Watersheds (SAW) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting, enhancing, and sustainably managing Saskatchewan watersheds. SAW delivers innovative environmental and agricultural programming to improve water quality and support producers in implementing climate-smart and stewardship-focused practices.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Agri-Environmental Data & Program Analyst to support the successful delivery of the Saskatchewan Watersheds Environmental Agriculture Program (SWEAP) primarily and other SAW programming, as required. The successful candidate will manage program data and documentation and will be working directly with SAWs Senior Financial Controller.  
Key Responsibilities
Program Data Management & Analysis
Analyze, enter and maintain program data, track BMP adoption, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders by using digital databases and Microsoft Office 365.  
Maintain accurate financial tracking of project-related expenses and support documentation.
Ensure data integrity and assist in evaluating program outcomes.
Safeguard confidential and sensitive program and participant information.
Review and compile producer payment reports for the SWEAP program.
Detailed reporting of program financial activity.
Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in data management, administrative support, or environmental/agricultural program delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
