The Ahtahkakoop Child & Family Services Inc. is seeking a Post Majority Support Services Navigator who will work collaboratively with integrated family services to ensure a successful transition to independence.  The primary objective is to provide education and awareness to communities about supports available through the program. Assist and support any initial contact with young people who have aged out of the child welfare system so that they continue to be supported as young adults. This position participates as a team overseeing program development implementation and evaluation of the Post Majority Support Services program.
