We are a privately owned manufacturing company currently tracking $2.1$3.0M in annual revenue, prior to the impact of new production capacity. A new machine coming online in Q2 has effectively doubled our production capability, creating an immediate opportunity for profitable growth.
Ownership has historically been involved in day-to-day operations. This role exists to transition that responsibility to a General Manager who can run the business, protect margin, and convert available capacity into disciplined execution.
This company is in a builder phase, not a polish phase.
