The Strategic Sourcing Branch is seeking energetic, proactive managers to lead teams within the Construction Procurement and Goods and Services Procurement units. These roles support a central procurement system that ensures fairness, consistency, best value for Saskatchewan, and strong relationships with vendors and client ministries.

They are strategic thinkers who provide informed advice on procurement approaches, ensure compliance with legislation and trade agreements, and help develop a performancedriven team culture. They also understand project management, contract management, government decisionmaking processes, governance systems, and financial and human resource frameworks.
Key knowledge and skills include procurementleading practices, policy and process design, facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to interpret complex information and guide decisions.
