ABOUT THE ROLE
The Farm Labourer is a key contributor to the daily flow of the operation, working closely with the Farm Manager and a committed team to ensure everything runs efficiently. This hands on role involves operating and maintaining equipment, supporting crop production, and taking on a wide range of general farm tasks. The ideal candidate is a true go getter, someone who stays busy, takes initiative, and communicates clearly.

Skills
    Proficient in English (required)
    Mechanical aptitude: experience in carpentry, welding, or small trades is an asset.
    Experience operating large farm machinery preferred.
    Previous farming experience preferred.
