What You Will Do
Build, manage, and forecast a qualified sales pipeline of new and existing client opportunities in Saskatchewan.
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers in procurement, HR, and IT leadership.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to present and sell staffing solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiate commercial terms and close mutually beneficial agreements with clients and consultants.
Represent the company at industry events and networking meetings to generate leads and expand your book of business.
Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to uncover new sales opportunities.
Support sales outreach initiatives (campaigns, messaging, events) as tools to generate leads and close deals.
What You Bring
5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B business development, with a proven track record of securing and managing high-level corporate accounts.
A deep understanding of the Saskatchewan corporate landscape and the regional business environment.
Background in IT staffing or professional IT services is an asset.
success in closing deals, managing quotas, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently manage a sales territory and prioritize revenue-driving activities.
Experience using CRM systems to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and manage accounts.
