Description

Under the direction of the Nursing & Population Team Leader, this Medical Transportation Coordinator facilitates the safe and efficient medical travel of the clients accessing the NIHB Medical Travel Program. This position works with Staff and ISC NIHB-Medical Travel to resolve medical travel issues and ensure clients receive the highest standard of care possible during their travel process. Adherence to the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy is a must.

This is a relief position, covering for the Full time Coordinator when they are away from the clinic.

Responsibilities
    Arrange for the transportation and accommodation of patients and escorts outside of WLFN for medical travel.
    Ensure clients have a positive experience and are treated with respect.

This is a Highly Sensitive Position. Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks are required.
