Description

The Loader Operator will be responsible for handling of raw materials, keeping yard clean of debris and level and other duties as assigned. This is a 40-hour a week position; weekend work may be required. This position is Seasonal typically operating May-November.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with Production Supervision and management to determine priorities and courses of action to improve product quality and employee safety
Ensure all company procedures are being followed
Perform daily inspections of loader
At all times work in a manner that maintains the safety of themselves and others
Report any issues on equipment to maintenance department
Work extra hours as required to keep production running
Additional duties as required

Able to work independently and as part of a team
High Initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, accountability and reliability
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with teammates, customers and suppliers
Strong work ethic

Education and Experience
Ability to operate Loader considered an asset (will certify on site)
Valid Class 5 drivers license

Job requirements:
Must have own means of transportation to and from work.

Physical Demands:  
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
Required to stand, walk, and use hands to fingers, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or crawl.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Capable of wearing a respirator or other personal protective equipment as required.
