The Ministry of Social Services supports positive outcomes in income assistance, child and family services, disability supports, and housing. We help individuals build stability through strong families and communities. We are seeking a Child Protection Supervisor in Rosetown to enhance the safety and wellbeing of children and families using the Family Centered Case Management model. The role includes supervising and coaching staff, leading change, delivering SDM training, implementing policy, ensuring service quality, collaborating with partners, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and representing the ministry on committees.

The ideal candidate understands child protection issues, socioeconomic factors, multicultural perspectivesespecially First Nations and Mtisand has experience leading diverse staff and applying familycentred case management. A passion for community, connection, and child safety is essential.
