Must be prepared to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment.
Prepare food under the direction of head cook.
Work with volunteers assisting in the kitchen.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Must have knowledge of a cash register and be able to handle cash
Must be able to work by yourself
must be available days, evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of grill, fryer, dishwasher and other kitchen equipment.
