Description

3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Site Superintendent to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon, SK.

Due to the nature of modular construction, overnight out-of-town travel is required for setup. While we strive to provide significant advance notice, flexibility is required to meet project milestones.

The standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10 hours).

What youll do:
- Oversee the full scope of construction, including coordinating all internal staff, subcontractors, and resources to drive teamwork and efficiency.
- Champion site safety, ensuring daily hazard assessments and compliance. Lead quality control, completing necessary inspections (plumbing, mechanical, electrical) and ensuring work meets all drawings and plans.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of project drawings, organize materials, establish daily and weekly goals, and proactively troubleshoot issues, communicating clearly with Project Managers.
- Act as a positive ambassador for 3twentys values, actively mentoring and monitoring team performance to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring:
- Two to five years of supervisory experience and a minimum of five years of experience in construction are preferred.
- Journeyperson carpenter certificate or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback.  
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of adapting to changing project requirements.  
- Ability to travel to project sites with some out-of-town and/or overnight travel required.  
- A valid driver's license.
