TaxTeam is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Multi-Line Switchboard Operator to support our office during the busy tax season.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system and direct calls efficiently
* Greet callers in a professional and courteous manner
* Screen, transfer, and document calls, taking accurate messages as needed
* Provide general information about TaxTeam's services and departments
* Maintain accurate call logs and related records
* Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
* Remain calm and professional when handling urgent or unexpected situations

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Previous experience in a switchboard, reception, or customer service role is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Basic computer skills and comfort using office equipment
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Availability through April 30 is required

Compensation:
    Competitive wages, based on experience
