Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join one of our Client's finance and human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires proficiency with payroll systems and accounting software, along with strong data entry and analysis skills. The Payroll Administrator will play a vital role in supporting HR functions related to employee compensation and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and efficiently using systems such as Avanti.
Reconcile accounts related to payroll, taxes, and benefits to ensure accuracy
Manage timekeeping data entry and verify hours worked for all employees
Prepare reports on payroll expenses, deductions, and compliance metrics for management review
Assist with accounts payable and receivable related to payroll transactions
Skills

Proficiency with payroll software such as Avanti.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in handling large volumes of information
Familiarity with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries
Excellent analysis skills to interpret payroll data and generate reports
Understanding of human resources functions related to compensation and benefits administration
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
