TaxTeam is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Office Clerk to join our team for the tax season. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role is essential to maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude
* Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
* Schedule appointments and assist with coordinating daily office flow
* Maintain organized files, records, and client information
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
* Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
* the reception area clean, organized, and client-ready
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic database systems
* Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred
* Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
* Availability through April 30 is required
