Alsport is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (F&I) to join our Regina dealership. This is a senior, high-responsibility role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment within a growing team.

A passion for powersports or the products we sell is a strong asset, but we are open to qualified professionals from automotive, RV, marine, equipment, or financial services backgrounds.

Compensation

$150,000 minimum guaranteed compensation
Additional annual performance bonus

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers through financing options for units, parts, and accessories
Structure deals, assess credit, and secure lender approvals
Present and sell warranty, protection, and insurance products
Prepare and manage all financing documentation accurately
Ensure compliance with lender, regulatory, and internal standards
Maintain strong relationships with banks and finance partners
Track F&I performance and ensure clean, complete paperwork

Who This Role Is For

Experienced F&I, finance, banking, or lending professionals
Comfortable operating independently in a high-volume environment
Strong understanding of credit, lending, and compliance
Confident, professional communicator.

This role is best suited for experienced finance professionals operating at a senior level with Auto or Powersport dealership background.
