GRAVEL CRUSHING SUPERVISOR  $30$50/hr (OT Paid)
Kirsch Construction (2008) Ltd is hiring an experienced Crusher Operator / Supervisor to lead a 36 person mobile crushing crew on modern Cedarapids and Caterpillar equipment. This is full-time, year-round work on a 10-on / 4-off rotation, running 1214 hour days, with a company truck, LOA, accommodations, benefits, and RRSP plan provided. Youll be responsible for safe, efficient production, crew leadership and training, daily reporting, QC, and troubleshooting to keep the spread running smoothly. Were looking for someone with proven jaw/cone/screen experience, strong mechanical sense, solid safety habits, and fair, confident leadership.
