Description

Nova Physiotherapy is a locally-owned client-centered physical therapy clinic. Our clinic is focused on creating and maintaining strong relationships with our clientele, community and employees. We are seeking a physiotherapist who is committed to helping our clients, is passionate about the profession and thrives in an out-patient setting.

Duties include:
-Assessing out-patient and in-home clientele including but not limited to; strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, limited range of motion, headaches, and  neurological conditions
-Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
-Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment
-Utilizing e-charting software through Jane to document assessment and treatment sessions
-Collaborating with colleagues in clinic and health professionals
-Communicating with client referral sources
-Reception coverage as required or available including answering the phones, booking clients and taking payment or direct billing
-Supervising physiotherapy students (as preferred)
-Social media resource creation (as preferred)


Qualifications:
-Undergraduate and Masters of Physical Therapy degrees from accredited institution
-Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists
-Current active liability insurance or the ability to obtain liability insurance
-Valid CPR/First-Aid and Criminal record check

1-2+ years experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is an asset
Preference will be given to candidates with extra certification in post graduate courses such as acupuncture, women's health, or concussion management
