The Municipal Engineer supports the Director of Engineering in meeting the obligations and responsibilities of the City of Weyburn for the operation, maintenance, expansion, replacements and approval of all infrastructure and activities affecting the Airport, the Solid Waste Management Facility, the Public Works departments, the Water Treatment Plant, and Land Development.

EDUCATION
    Bachelor Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or a three year Diploma in Environmental or Civil Engineering Technology required.
    Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Saskatchewan or registration as an A.Sc.T. or C.Tech in the Province of Saskatchewan
    Operators Certificate for Water and Sewer would be an asset
    Class 2 Water Distribution and Class 2 Waste Water would also be an asset
