The YMCA of Regina is an Imagine Canada accredited non-profit charity open to all & dedicated to building strong kids, strong families & strong communities. The YMCA of Regina excels at delivering programming focused on our three pillars of service; health & fitness, childcare & community development.

We are looking for a compassionate full-time Early Childhood Educator (EA) to join our team to support a child with additional needs. The role includes providing care for a child who receives nutrition through tube feeds. Prior experience with tube feeding is essential, and training in centre-specific feeding protocols will be provided.

Responsibilities:
* Understand and uphold Ministry of Education childcare regulations while fostering teamwork.
* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness.
*Engage in stimulating age-appropriate activities to promote developmental growth through the implementation of the YMCAs Playing to Learn Curriculum.
* Maintains a clean & healthy workplace according to public health & YMCA standards.
* Demonstrates a commitment to working in partnership with parents, families, and team members.

Job Requirements:
* Early Childhood Education Level I-III Certification preferred.
* Must have experience with tube feeding
* Experience working in a structured childcare environment, an asset.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility regarding assigned working hours.
* Criminal Record Check (original) with vulnerable sector check dated within 3 months of hire.
* Current: Standard First Aid, CPR
* Play & Exploration Training an asset, but not required
* Criminal Record Check (original) with vulnerable sector check prior to first day of work and dated no more than 3 months before start date.
