Description

The Financial Analyst plays a vital role by providing accurate preparation, recording, and analysis of financial data for Mbius and its shareholder benefit plans. This position is responsible for leading the purchasing and payables cycle, including the intake, processing, and coordination of invoices, approvals, and payments. Additional responsibilities include daily and periodic transaction processing, such as preparing and posting journal entries, and overseeing the contributions revenue and receivables cycle. This position also provides support for the payroll function, including processing corporate payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and recording accounting transactions, payments, and contributions
Conducting bank and credit card reconciliations
Assisting with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Preparing quarterly and year-end balance sheet and income statement reconciliations as required, including investment reconciliations
Supporting the ongoing corporate payroll cycle
Assisting with financial and accounts payable related projects
Related training and policy development
